Elon Musk Reveals Huge U.S. Government Financial Black Hole: 12 People Over 150 Still Receiving Welfare Payments

(Washington, 11th February) — After President Trump took office, the "Department of Government Efficiency" (DOGE), led by tech billionaire Elon Musk, began auditing the federal government. They uncovered a massive financial black hole, where the U.S. Treasury was disbursing over $100 billion (approximately 4.47 trillion Malaysian Ringgit) in social welfare payments annually to individuals without identification. Among the shocking discoveries, at least 12 people who were supposedly over 150 years old were still receiving social security benefits, leading Musk to exclaim, “This is insane!”

On Sunday (9th), Musk posted on X (formerly Twitter), revealing that he learned on Saturday (8th) that the Treasury was issuing over $100 billion in welfare payments annually to people with no social security numbers (SSNs), or even temporary identification documents.

He asked the Treasury whether anyone could estimate how much of this $100 billion was “clearly and obviously fraudulent.” Everyone in attendance agreed that half of it, about $10 billion a week (approximately 4.47 billion Ringgit), was being taken by unidentified individuals. "This is insane, and it must be addressed immediately!" Musk added.

Additionally, according to a report from the Associated Press, a Republican lawmaker pointed out that the DOGE team discovered that at least 12 people, who were over 150 years old, were still receiving social security benefits. The oldest living person in the U.S. is only 115 years old.
